The Anderson’s

I met the Anderson family 2 years ago this month – as soon as my husband and I first moved to Portland. I happened to be spending the day in a home full of rambunctious children, documenting their every move with my camera… And learning a lot about hamsters and Star Wars Lego’s in the process. Part way through my fun-documenting-day Mrs. Anderson stopped in for a bit while out on a walk with her 2 year old daughter and 4 day old son (he was SO tiny!). I quickly snapped a photo of her daughter (who was highly suspicious of my noisy camera) before they left to finish their walk.

Fast forward 2 years – The 4 day old boy is putting on his shoes all by himself and the 2 year old shy little one is now a 4 year old super-model. What a fun family to spend the day with! We rode scooters, ran around in the fall leaves, spent time practicing writing and more. It’s such a treat to watch the little one’s of Portland grow!

Such a wonderful perspective on all of these! And sweet memory makers for sure.
